As much of a cliche’ as it is – I do say “y’all” a lot. I am a true Florida transplant since 2005 by way of Louisiana. Now, don’t get me wrong, I do miss a lot about my home state: LSU football, the food and the family. However, there are some similarities that have allowed me to make this part (and the best part in my opinion) home. I married a local Floridian after completing graduate school and we decided that this was the best place to raise our family. We love spending time with our family and friends here – on the water, in the back yard and on the ball fields.
This is a second career for me – an undertaking brought on by having a busy family life and wanting to help people in a different capacity. I am still a licensed physical therapist, having practiced for 12+ years in various settings and locations. I am taking the skills I used in helping motivate, correct dysfunctions, and progress to better movement to those in the real estate industry. It takes looking at the whole picture and a keen eye to navigate to freedom and happiness. It takes communication and clear understanding of goals. It takes understanding what is attainable.
I understand the home buying and selling process is a big and personal decision. My goal is to get to know my clients as in depth as I did in my former profession. It is only then that I can take the whole picture, communicate the way to reach your goals and get you to enjoying the Florida (or where ever) lifestyle. I made many life-long friends as a physical therapist. I hope to multiply that number as your real estate guide.
